It is time for the 66th annual Warren County Fair. Our fair is being held Monday, July 31st to Saturday, August 5th, 2023. Below you will find a link to the 2023 Warren County Fair Food Concession Agreement, Electric Service Form, Stock Vehicle Parking Form and a Camping Form along with a Warren County Health Department Application.
We must have these completed and signed forms and a copy of your Insurance Certificate naming the Warren County Fair as additional insured NO LATER THAN June 1, 2023 to facilitate planning.
You are responsible for the following:
- Completed and signed Warren County Fair Application.

Completed and signed Warren County Health Department Application.

Copy of Insurance Certificate naming Warren County Fair as additional insured.

Completed Electric Service Request (if electric is required)

Completed Stock Vehicle/Camping Form (if stock vehicle or camping is required)

List of foods you serve and pricing.

All new vendors-picture(s) of your concession must be submitted with application.

The County of Warren requires that all vendors be registered for a Vendor License, that application is attached to our application which can be downloaded from our website.

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone wishing to bring an ATV, Golf Cart, or 4-Wheeler type vehicle must register that vehicle at the office before unloading it and show a proof on insurance which names the WARREN COUNTY FAIR as an additional insured.
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO SET-UP ON SITE FOR THE FAIR IF ALL PAPER WORK HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY June 1, 2023.
Spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
2023 Warren County Fair Hours
Monday, July 31st to Friday, August 4th
Gate opens at 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 5th
Gate opens at 3:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 30th, the Warren County Fair will present the Fairest of the Fair Pageants, and you may set-up for this at no cost as long as you are setting-up for fair week as long as you meet the health department requirements. Otherwise there is a $100.00 + electric fee for this day only. Please be sure to check this on the enclosed application.
